For personalized, custom-printed, DTF, or made-to-order products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted designs, spelling, colors, sizes, placement, and other order details before production.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be changed or canceled.

Minor differences in color, size, print placement, or appearance may occur during the printing and production process and are not considered defects.

Customers who submit artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other materials for printing confirm that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.

We reserve the right to refuse printing requests that we reasonably believe violate intellectual property rights or applicable law.

5. SHIPPING

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
